Did you know today is Apple Day?

The opportunity to learn the ancient arts of orchard keeping and cider making. Pick your own fruit and see the process from the trees to the barrel. 24th & 25th of October £90

Cider-making with Ragmans Farm
This experience is very interactive in making apple juice and cider with a short introduction into cider making, picking your own fruit and then washing a pressing you pick! You’ll even get 15 litres of apple juice to take home to home to make your own cider. £70

Herefordshire Cider and Perry Tour
Experience the best cider in the country and enjoy lovely landscape along the way. Taste cider and perry, walk through the orchard and take a tour of the Cider museum. Days out available for 4th of November and 9th of December. £49

Of course you could always visit Westons Cider for a tour (or a taste!) and stop for a snack in their cafe. Or why not try Apple County Cider who are hosting their very own apple day on Saturday 25th October 2014 at Skenfrith Village Hall. Midday till early evening.

They are inviting everyone to bring their apples and pears and put them through the press and take home their own apple juice or join a cider making class.
