Best Places to Watch the #SolarEclipse

The first solar eclipse visible from the mainland UK is coming on 20th March. The sun will begin being covered around 8:30am, and will be mostly covered until 10:30. Here are three of our suggestions for viewing:

Cider Orchard YurtA yurt set up for glamping for two. Set in a secluded area to stargaze all night and watch the eclipse in the morning. For £75 a night, take a loved one out for an amazing event.

Devil’s Pulpit – It’s not as scary as it sounds. From this spot, you’ll find beautiful views of Tintern Abbey and the River Wye.

  3. Wyndcliff and Eagles NestA nice viewpoint set between St. Arvans and Tintern. There are great views on a clear day.
