With a foot in England and in Wales, it is a true borderland between both nations with a rich culture and heritage.

Home to both the River Severn and River Wye and encompassing an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean is increasingly a location for international film and television productions. It offers unrivalled outdoor activities, including the world famous Severn Bore, alongside an abundance of native flora and wildlife.

WVFDTA, with the support of its members, aims to build the reputation of the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean and surrounding areas as a destination for artisan food and drink, quality attractions, exciting activities and remarkable natural beauty.
