Do you know your bats from your butterflies, or what a Verderer does?
Foresters’ Forest, a Heritage Lottery Funded Landscape Partnership Programme, have launched a survey to find out how much residents and visitors know about the built, natural and cultural heritage of the Forest of Dean, as well as understanding more about what makes the Forest special to people.
The programme are also offering anyone who takes part in the survey the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win some fantastic prizes, including a champagne afternoon tea for two at Tudor Farmhouse, a family ticket to Perrygrove Railway or an exclusive summer evening experience in June seeing Nightjars with the RSPB!
